Victor Belinatti is an Associate Design Director at Work & Co. His path into design started with creating YouTube videos and falling in love with the craft of shaping visual experiences. He's worked with studios like Huge and Accenture and collaborated with clients including Google, Epic Games, Gemini, TikTok, and Lululemon. Victor's approach is holistic: from early concepts to complex design systems, every detail serves a larger vision of connection and quality.
